FOREIGN TRADE POLICY: FROM MERCANTILISM TO NEOTECHNOLOGY
The article analyzes the concept of foreign policy in theories of international trade from mercantilism to neotechnology. It proves that the country’s gaining comparative advantage in the production of innovative products is closely related to RDWG expenditure and exports. There have offered incentives for business expenses on the development of innovative technologies with state support. The ways of taxation improving of high-tech products production subjects have been outlined.
