ТЕCHNOLOGY OF SMOOTHIE OF RADIOPROTECTIVE ACTION
The technology and the receipt of smoothie of radioprotective action of grain origin have been developed; its chemical composition has been researched. Developed samples of smoothies satisfy the daily need for radioprotective nutrients by 15–20 %. Developed smoothies are recommended for consumption by employees of the zone of alienation and those, who live in environmentally polluted area.
