FUNCTIONAL COMPONENTS OF MIXED VEGETABLE OILS WITH CAROTENE
There has been developed the vitamin enriched mixed oil from soya , sesame and sunflower oil with balanced fatty acid composition, good taste properties, stable against oxidative deterioration due to natural components having antioxidant as well as prophylactic properties. This product can satisfy the necessary need of humans in β-carotene and essential fat acids ω-6 and ω-3.
