Analytical review of the researches of modern state of students catering has been carried out; the questionnaire of students has been conducted. The main disadvantages in the diet of students are irregularity and the reduction of the multiplicity of meals. Violation of regime is mostly connected with the classes schedule and lack of time for meal, insufficient level of catering organization in higher educational establishments.
