PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION OF SAUCES IN UKRAINE
The state of production and consumption of sauces in Ukraine has been analyzed. Main Ukrainian producers have been presented. Correlation and structure of export and import of the market of sauces have been determined. The problems of domestic producers’ sauces products have been identified.
Key words: market of sauces, white sauces, red sauces, dressing, import – export of sauces.
