AUTOMATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF RESTAURANTS ENTERPRISES
Optimization tasks that are determined by particular production situation have been identified on the basis of technical-economic analysis of functioning of restaurants enterprises. Their application for solving global management task of hierarchical optimization of local tasks using computer and integral system has been offered.
