Number of problems related to the deficit of iodine and other micro elements in the food of people are pointed in the article. Technology of new sweet sauce chocolate nut «Mulatka» with the use of fucus and vitapektyn, which is characterized with high maintenance of iodine, selenium and other mineral substances has been developed.
