PHENOL COMPOUNDS OF CORNEL FRUIT PRODUCTS
 
 It has been proven  that cornel fruit juice contains  antioxidants thanks to high concentration of free poly phenol compounds. It has been found that thermal processing of a cornel in water in the ratio of 1:1 for 48 hour ensures converting antioxidants  into extract in comparison with fresh juice  raises their concentration in 25 times.
