USING FLAVORS IN MANUFACTURING SPECIAL VODKA "CAPTAIN"
Taking into account modern alcoholic lines, compounding of especial vodka "Captain" has been developed using the flavor method. Aroma profile of an alcoholic drink has been worked down and quantitative parities of components have been defined. Research indicators of the given drink after 6 months of preservation have shown harmonization of aroma and taste.
