COMPARATIVE QUALITY ESTIMATION OF THE PUMPKIN
The complex quality estimation of pumpkins of various botanical sorts, popular and grown in Ukraine (in the Kharkiv region) is conducted. The sorts that have the highest quality indicator (0.73 - 0.77) – Arabatskii and Slavuta are determined. They are recommended for children diet.
