СUSTOMS VALUE OF THE IMPORTED GOODS AS A PROTECTIVE INSTRUMENT OF THE NATIONAL MARKET
The role of the customs value in modern system of the state foreign trade policy is discovered. The article focuses on the problems of determination of customs value of imported goods, which can be an extra national protectionist barrier on their way. The article proves that the absence of unambiguous interpretation of a range of important for customs evaluation categories of goods (in accordance with the regulation of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the GATT 1994) gives the chance to the countries (WTO members) for introducing the subjective rules by national customs administrations and can be the protection factor for the national market
