EVALUATION OF COMPETITIVENESS OF THE BREAD FROM THE NEW ASSORTMENT ON THE UKRAINIAN MARKET
 
The competitive ratio of five sample of rye-wheat bread of the new assortment of the Ukrainian market, Grono, Panskiy, Trapeznyi, Apetitnyi, Vyshukanyi, was determined. To do this there was developed the evaluation scale, the coefficients of importance indicators, and the calculation of the integral quality indication was made. All the samples have quite high competitiveness and gained consumers appeal.
