PROBIOTIC ACTIVITY OF NATURAL POLYSACCHARIDES SOURCES
The article provides the results of experimental research of probiotic activity of Ukrainian and foreign food raw materials available on the domestic market. There is shown considerable bifidogenic effect of natural extracts with fructan and moderate but stable bifidogenic effect of raw materials with glucan. The bifidogenic effect of natural raw-material with alginates was not observed.
