RESEARCH OF INTERRELATION OF RICE HUSK CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND ANTILIPOLYTIC ACTIVITY OF IMMOBILIZATED PHOSPHOLIPIDS’ NATURE INHIBITOR
A rice husk is considered as a biopolymeric matrix-transmitter for phospholipids’ nature inhibitor of pancreatic lipase from the rapeseed. Composition of rice husk is researched. By the method of correlation-regressive analysis there has been defined mathematical dependence between by the size of antilipolytic activity of immobilizated based the rice husk inhibitor and biochemical composition of husk. It is defined that determinant component of high inhibitory activity of immobilizated preparation is a silicon oxide, contained in rice husk.
