MODELING OF FORMULATION OF MULTICOMPONENT VEGETABLE SEMI-MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS
There have been analyzed the factors influencing the development procedure of new goods and mathematic modeling, which are used to optimize the formulation of multicomponent foodstuffs. As a result of the research the new software was developed, which significantly decreases the amount of experimental research and the duration of the process of formulation optimization of frozen vegetable semi-finished products.
