BIFIDOGENIC PROPERTIES OF CHICORY (CICHORIUM INTYBUS)
The article presents the results of the research of bifidogenic properties of water extract of chicory root. There was determined the significant bifidogenic effects concerning Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (bb-12) and Bifidobacterium longum (IMB B 7165).
