ASSORTMENT AND QUALITY OF SOFT BRINE CHEESE ON THE UKRAINIAN MARKET
There has been researched the assortment of soft brine cheese on the Ukrainian market, where mostly foreign products are presented. There has been carried out the organoleptic assessment of nine samples of Feta type cheese and sheep cheese of different producers, the level of their quality was calculated according to the complex method.
