There have been given the results of analytical and practical research on the scientific substantiation and development of sterilization regime and formula of new types of plant and fish canned food "Canned silver carp with addition of sea-weeds" in glass containers with the twist-off system cap which ensures the industrial sterility of the product and the high level of organoleptic properties.
