QUALITY OF SCHOOL DIETS
The article presents the research results of actual diets of 6-10 year old pupils. The level of inconsistency with their physiological needs requirements for nutrients, energy, vitamins and minerals is determined. There have been developed the lunch rations for pupils taking into account the needs of the organism, confirmed by complex quality indicator.
