THE SAFETY OF FROZEN SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS OF TOMATO VEGETABLES MIXTURE
The article researches safety of new quickly frozen vegetable semi-finished products with tomato vegetables: tomatoes, frozen in tomato mass; cure vegetable with sweet pepper; cure vegetable with sweet pepper and eggplant. It is determined that according to microbiology pollution, the contents of toxic elements and nitrate they are absolutely safe and can be used by people.
